I started cooking very late in my life. Apparently this is not that important, but my mother works from 4 am to almost 7 pm. She's a baker. She's been doing this for over 40 years almost and sometimes she skips meals because she's so tired.

Ever since I started following you and cooking with the help of your videos, she sits with me and my sister and enjoys the best pastas in the world!

This has given me the greatest pride and joy.

I want to thank you personally for giving me the chance of bringing Italy to my table and gathering my family around delicious dishes!

I have taken to growing my own herbs like Basil in a hydroponics bay, and trying to make my own mozzarella cheese at home (I know it's not the same as in Italy but it's better than the stores in America). I wanted to contact you a long time ago and say thanks for your videos and your work.

My whole life I wanted to make spaghetti with tomato sauce the way Italians make it, but I could never make it taste as good as in a good Italian restaurant.

After we started watching your vidoes, we discovered how easy Italian cuisine is, and how the quality of the ingredients is the key to flavor.  I used to think it might be very complicated because mine never tasted well.

Now, my husband and I make the recipes you shared. We love them, and my son in is love with pecorino cheese. We'll teach our daughter to also love it when she starts eating solid foods.
